ATC credits are earned by each team for certain accomplishments, and act as sort of a bank account. They can be used to upgrade players each season after simmed training camp. They can be saved up or be used, it's the GM's choice, and for the protection of the league, these credits CANNOT be traded at this time. Each ATC can go toward improving attributes of players.

Just not something we want to do right now. We could always change it, but as of now, they won't be tradable. We might make a small exception as means to acquire draft picks during the draft since it's sometimes tough to do so with players only. Also, the fact that we don't have trade exceptions or cash in NBL.
