A- handles and A pot and only 24, he could develope into a nice backup.

He was drafted with B potential and got a slight bump to A, I doubt you see much from him...
Granted I don't play the game at all, but I don't think he's going to blow up or anything.

And I dont expect him to blow up. I expect him to be a decent backup and maybe get lucky from the TC. If he does, I try and sign him cheap. If not, hes gone after a year. Its not like I just signed him longterm, its a one year contract.

And Kings... backup PG was the only real hole I had. Williams and James(with ATCs on their way) is good enough at SF with Williams, Henderson, Gasol, and Ogilvy around him.

Yea, a good backup is realistic...As I pointed out in the article...I'm not sold in Marvin Williams and I think you could've used someone stronger behind him.

IMO thats not the worst bid I have recieved so far. People spend MLE's on guys all the time that might not deserve it. Hell Ive done it a couple times.

Marvin Williams shoots well from the outside. Hes an OK rebounder and a good defender. When hes the 5th scoring option on the team, theres nothing wrong with that. James is the same way. A workman. Good defender, avg scorer. Im always looking to upgrade, but as for now, Im ok with the SF position. I could always move Meeks out as an undersized SF. He played well there last year when Marvin was hurt.
