I am over the $80 mill hard cap because apparently MLE and LLE salaries go up during the course of the year so I need to move a cheap to someone who has salary room. If there is someone else on the team you want let me know but this is who I would prefer to move.

They don't go up, they just weren't changed to the proper amounts right away. See this thread. nbleague.proboards104.com/index.cgi?board=fabids&action=display&thread=1185483120Since it was the fault of the Commish in not inputing the right values, you won't be penalized for being over the hard cap right away. However, you need to get under it ASAP, which it appears to be what you are trying to do. Sorry for the confusion. |

Yes, but what if I am unable to get under the hard cap? I already dealt away a pick to Portland to get under the cap and now I am magically over the cap. I think this is pretty messed up that now I am scrambling when I didn't do anything to increase the salary.
If the salaries are not going to be right then someone needs to let us know.

Like I said, it's the Commish's fault for not making the change right away. However, we have used differing values for the MLE and LLE since we began the league. If you plan on signing an MLE or LLE, you should factor in the values posted on the site. He had it listed as 5.3M for the MLE and had not changed the LLE.

Well once the guys are on my team I consider that to be the correct salary.... not for that to change 25 games into the season because I could have dealt more salary away when I dealt my 1st rd pick.

I got under the cap with a trade, lets hope that my salary doesn't go up anymore, otherwise Turk will be shipped out as well  |
