It seems like 2/6 should be the deadline to get your ATC spending in...it also seems that most ATC spending should be done after 2/3, but perhaps extenuating circumstances (like planned vacation) would allow earlier posting.
Generally speaking, I know that I want to see the simmed training camp improvements and potential drops before I apply ATC's to my team.
Just some suggestions.

yeah I'd like to see the ratings after TC before dumping hard earned ATCs on them.

what if a GM wants to spend 20 on improving a players potential? might want to get that in before 2/3

I thought that ATCs were supposed to be put in before TC so that it isn't offset at all?

No, they go in AFTER TC, because ratings change randomly during TC. As for the deadline, ATC's can be put in ANYTIME except for the time from the playoffs ending to before TC.

yeah, as I was explained, everyone who has been spending ATCs over the past week, will have them inputted after the TC is simmed.

I guess it's just my suggestion to put a suggested timeframe for ATC spending on the schedule that gets posted and sent out...since I didn't see it.
