Wouldn't adding 10 ATCs to inside scoring make someone's inside scoring a full letter grade better? Or are there other things other than the plain "Inside Scoring" that factor into overall letter grade inside scoring shown on the site?

Inside scoring is a big category that you see on the site, and it's a category by itself that makes up the big inside scoring. I believe strength and jumping ability also helps your inside scoring, but 10 ATC's to the actual inside scoring category should raise a guy at least from a B- to a B+ or so.

Yeah my original post was a typo, usually 10 points will only change it one step in a letter grade...but like I also said, it depends on jumping and strength too.
You could have 80 inside scoring but lack strength and jumping and grade out at a B+. You could have 60 inside scoring but have insane strength and jumping and also be at a B+. In either scenerio, it would go up more if you increased the major weakness instead of maxing out the stronger part. That's why I encourage people to chat with me on AIM for a few minutes when doing ATC's so you can put them in the right place.
BTW, people can still add ATC's throughout the season, so hit me up on AIM and we can talk about it.
