Raptors get: PF Nick Collison, SF Derrick Byars, PG Jarrett Jack
Blazers get: SF James Jones, PF Stromile Swift and the option to swap either the 2009 TOR RD1 pick or the 2009 NYK RD1 pick (owned by the Raptors) with their own 2009 POR RD1 pick given that either of those 2 picks (NYK or TOR) are closer to #1 in the draft order than the 2009 POR RD1 pick. In the event that Toronto trades either the 2009 TOR RD1 or the 2009 NYK RD1 pick AND none of the remaining RD1 picks owned by TOR at season's end is closer to the #1 pick than POR's RD1 in 2009, the Blazers receive the 2011 TOR RD1 pick. In the event that neither pick is closer to #1 than the 2009 POR RD1, and neither pick is traded, Portland receives the 2011 TOR RD2 pick.
Reason: I know it's complicated, but I do get Swift's expiring, so it gives tiny relief on Collison's deal, and I also get a slim chance to move up a little in the draft.

Congrats on having the most complicated trade option in the league so far.
