I assume that both will not count towards my free cuts since they are making under 2 Million... If not free cut the last two of Perovic and then cut both players...

Croshere is free, but Perovic is a 3 year deal, and his total is not under 2M anyway. It's 2 years or less, and a total of 2M. Last 2 are free cut, and then really cut.
