TOP 10
#1: GREG ODEN PORTLAND TRAILBLAZERS
Oden was the #1 pick, and he's our #1 rookie as of now. Oden is dominating up in Portland. Scoring 18.5 PPG, pulling down 12 rebounds, 3.5 assists, 1.5 steals, and 2 blocks per contest. He's doing it all right now even assisting and help steal the ball. If he keeps this up dont be suprised to see him in the MVP rankings!
#2: BRANDAN WRIGHT GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS
Wright is having a nice little begining to the season up in Golden State for the Warriors. He got traded by the Bobcats for Jason Richardson and Wright is paying off so far, he's scoring 11.5 a game, pulling down 10.5 in boards, 1.5 assists, and 1.5 steals per contest. Pulling down a double-double already is very good for this young rookie. He could help Golden State take that next step this year!
#3: JEFF GREEN SEATTLE SUPERSONICS
That other rookie on the Sonics, yeah he's doing pretty damn well himself. Jeff Green is putting up 13.5 per game, pulling down 9.8 boards, 3.8 assists 1.3 steals, and 1.5 blocks per contest. He's doing every well down low in the post for the Sonics. If Durant can start scoring at will combined with Green's toughness on the boards, this could be a very good team very soon.
#4: KEVIN DURANT SEATTLE SUPERSONICS
Here's the other big star, Kevin Durant. Durant is having a solid season so far, a lot of people expected him to score a little bit more but I think he'll begin picking it up soon. Durant right now is scoring 14.5 per game, 6.3 rebounds, 4.8 assists, and 1.5 steals a game. Durant can score a little bit more in our opinion and we expect him to only rise and give Oden a run as the season goes on.
#5: AARON GRAY CHICAGO BULLS
Aaron Gray is having a big year up in Chicago as he's getting some good playing time in the Windy City. Gray is scoring 12.5 per game, 8.5 rebounds, and 1.5 assists per game. Gray is having a solid season up in Chicago but he's not the only Chicago rookie doing well.
#6: JAVARIAS CRITTENTON LOS ANGELES LAKERS
Crittenton is doing very well for the Lake Show right now young Jarvis is scoring 8 game , with 6 rebounds, and 7 assists , and 1.5 steals per game. Very very good number for this young rookie, helping dish the ball to Kobe and Lamar Odom. Very good numbers for this young PG.
#7: DERRICK BYARS PHILADELPHIA 76ERS
Young Derrick Byars is having a nice starting campaign with the 76ers this season. Putting up 13.3 a game, with 5 rebounds, and 1.3 assists. Byars is becoming that nice 2nd, 3rd scoring option behind Igodaula. Philly has a nice young team brewing, and the don't be suprised to see this kid only get better and better.
#8: JOAKIM NOAH CHICAGO BULLS
The high energy Noah is doing just that in Chicago right now. Lots of good young defensive players on this team and Noah could be the leader right now. He's putting up 7.5 a game, 7 rebounds, 1.5 assists, but 4 blocks per contest!!!! Noah had a big 6 block game last time out which was insane and helped Chicago win there first game of the year! Can this defensive wiz keep these numbers up though??
#9: NICK FAZEKAS DALLAS MAVERICKS
The Mavericks might have found there new center of the future in Fazekas. One of the best players in college last season, Nick is doing very well in the pros as well. Scoring 6.3 a game but a big 9.7 rebounds a game! He's also got 1 assist per game and 1.35 blocks per contest. Nick could be a nice inside option for Harris, Howard, and Dirk to go too.
#10: COREY BREWER MINNESOTA TIMBERWOLVES
Brewer has to be a go to guy in Minnesota. No KG, Brewer will need to help step it up with the current Wolves roster to help this team get back to the playoffs. Right now Brewer is scoring 9.3 a game, with 2.7 rebounds, and 1.3 assists a game. Brewer needs to get that scoring up over 10 and them rebounds closer to 5. He has the talent to do it , just when?
#1: GREG ODEN PORTLAND TRAILBLAZERS
Oden was the #1 pick, and he's our #1 rookie as of now. Oden is dominating up in Portland. Scoring 18.5 PPG, pulling down 12 rebounds, 3.5 assists, 1.5 steals, and 2 blocks per contest.
