KEY PLAYERS:
:
The Charlotte Bobcats draw a tough match-up in round 1 going up against a very good team who I think underacheived this year. Okafor is going to be the key guy inside in this one. He needs to get into the paint and dominate against the likes of Channing Frye and Jermaine O'Neal. He's going to have to hold down O'Neal on the defensive side too but Okafor is one of the best defensive players down low. If he can be consistent like he was in last years playoffs he should lead these Cats onto the next round.
:
The Nets key guy has to be Jermaine O'Neal. He's going to have to go up against the tough big men of the Bobcats. David West and Emeka Okafor have established themselves as a great duo in the post for the Bobcats so O'Neal is going to have to really step it up on the defensive end in this one. His offense should be there he's a great low post player but drawing tough defensive match-ups, he might get in some foul trouble and being over physical. The Nets should be fine though.
SERIES PREDICTION: Bobcats take the series in 6. The Bobcats are one of the best home teams in the league constantly winning big games at home. I think they can win those first two home games and atleast take one or two in New Jersey as well. If these games started out in Jersey this would probably be a 7 game series with a different outcome.[/center]
